About Inflatable mannequins

These well-shaped inflatable body forms offer a brand new and low-cost-way to display men’s and ladies wear. The design is up-to-date and they are practical to use. You can hang them, place them on a platform or assemble them with our knock down and height adjustable aluminium alloy stand base, or the other standard base

How do I inflate a display form?

Locate the inflation valve on the form.  Not that forms with heads have a separate valve for the head.  Pull the valve out of the locked position so that it extends out of the form and remove the plug.  The valve has a self closing lock valve (slit/opening) located inside and at the base of the valve.  This lock valve needs to be "pinched" open for inflation to occur.  The lock valve is usually located opposite the hing that attaches the plug.

Warning

Do not over inflate, please do not attempt to remove every wrinkles from inflatables, most of wrinkles would be disappeared after several hours.

To properly and safely inflate sealed inflatables with multiple sections: fill the main section with air slowly and apply gentle pressure to allow the air to seep into the smaller sections.

When your inflatable has been filled, pinch the valve at base with your fingers and insert the plug into the valve opening to seal the balloon. Press the closed valve into the inflatable so it lies flat.

Deflation

It is highly recommended that you use one of the following methods to deflated your inflatable form:

1.  Use a pump -  most low-pressure pumps allow you to attach the adapters to the air intake and use the pump to deflate your form.  This will pull the air out of the form very effectively and allow you to deflate it completely without putting pressure on the seams.  Close valve for storage and refold.

2.  Use the deflation sticks included with the patch kit:  Insert one of the sticks into the lock valve at the base of the inflation valve.  Once in place with air escaping the valve, lay the form flat and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes.  During this time, most of the air will escape.  Gently apply pressure to the form by folding it towards the valve to remove remaining air.  Close valve for storage and refold.

How to use the inflabale torso form

Can I hang an inflatable mannequin?

Each form, with the exception of those with heads, has a plastic hanging loop on top.  Fishing line, wire, string, etc. may be used to hang the forms from the ceiling, a pole, a tree or any structure.  The hanging loop has weight limitations and may fail if used with heavy clothing.  Alternatively, string can be tried to the neck area or around other areas of the form to hang it as well

Do I need a stand?

Torso Forms are designed to stand on their own; however for added stability, a tabletop stand is very effective and an upright stand provides for the display of slacks, dresses, shorts, etc.

3/4 Forms are designed to stand on their own; however for added stability, a tabletop stand is very effective.  Use of tabletop stand TTS2 is strongly recommended, as these forms are easily knocked over when standing on their own.  Use of an upright stand is NOT recommended with a 3/4 form as they tend to tilt to one side..
