Light to medium weight clothing works best; however, depending upon the style and intended use heavier clothing may be work. Torso forms used with tabletop stands will hold heavier jackets for example. A wedding dress with a heavy trane may not work, as it may cause the form to tilt backwards. For photography, heavier clothing may work as the apparel is not left on the form for long periods of time.
